King Keyboards is a custom mechanical keyboard site aimed at providing unique keyboard designs to the public. As of now, in order to purchase one of these keyboards you must be part of a group-buy. We suggest you look here for more information on group-buys and their process but at a high level you can think of them like a pre-order. Basically you will pay for the keyboards and then once they are manufactured and complete, you will receive the keyboard in the mail. You agree that once payment is made, there can be no refunds, as is the nature of a group buy. We want to re-iterate that the majority of items on this site will be part of a group-buy, unless otherwise stated. We will make a concerted effort to make it very apparent which items are group-buys vs in-stock ready-to-ship items.

Being that a majority of items on the site are a group buy purchase, you acknowledge that although we will do our best to get you the products as quickly as possible, you are aware that some delays may occur. This can happen for a variety of reasons including but not limited to manufacturing, anodizing, shipping, etc..  

Quality Control and Expectations

For quality control, we will make our best efforts to inspect every item meticulously and ensure that the items are in excellent condition before shipping them out to you. Even though we have undergone numerous prototypes, testing, and fitting, please acknowledge that some minor issues may still arise. Issues such as but not limited to, marks inside screw holes, the under side of the weight, hook marks from anodizing process, minor machining/tooling marks, slight anodization mismatches/blemishes, minor scratches or pitting, etc. may be considered acceptable by King Keyboards on a case by case basis depending on their severity. Any discrepancies or issues need to be raised within 7 days of receipt of your product. The product must be in the same condition you received it in, unused, with a receipt or proof of purchase, and in the original packaging. You agree that is King Keyboards' sole discretion as to the resolution of any issues. This may include options such as, but not limited to, partial refund, full refund, a new unit being sent as a replacement, an offer for a future item, etc. Being that these are limited edition items, a direct replacement may not always be available. For any item that is to be returned, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest using a trackable shipping method and to purchase shipping insurance as there is no guarantee that we will receive your return in the mail without it.

We would love for every item to be manufactured perfectly but the reality of the world just doesn't allow that. In light of that we want to make sure the most visually important portions of the keyboard are focused on the most for quality control.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify our prices or terms and conditions at any time.

You agree to waive all blame by King Keyboards, and King Keyboards and our parent company, suppliers, employees, will not be held liable for any claim, including attorney fees, made by anyone due to or arising out of a dispute.
